Temper Group, a family-owned Australian manufacturer specialising in food colour solutions for the cake and bake industry. The project integrates large-scale warehouse distribution with a contemporary commercial office environment, designed to optimise efficiency, workflow, and user experience.

Tameka Moffat Designs was engaged from the early planning stages, providing schematic design, space planning, and design development. The scope extended to detailed documentation, FF&E specification, and comprehensive project consultation throughout the construction phase.

Delivered in collaboration with Bluestone Building Group, the design achieves a seamless integration of industrial functionality with refined workplace aesthetics. Through a considered approach to spatial organisation, material selection, and ergonomic principles, the facility fosters both operational productivity and an elevated workplace experience.
