Set in beautiful Austinmer, collaborating with Friend Projects and South Coast Building Design we designed a stunning coastal contemporary sanctuary for our clients to enjoy their retirement.

The project brief was a light coastal vibe whilst incorporating elegance and sophistication. High end finishes with natural stones such as marble, limestone, sandstone and oak timber were used throughout the interior and exterior spaces creating cohesion and continuity throughout all spaces.

Rockcote render, natural stones, aluminium and natural timbers where used for longevity of the project whilst glass mosaics, outdoor fireplace and operable pergolas create an inside – outside environment for the alfresco spaces for clients to entertain and enjoy all year round.
